The Characters of Christmas
Dec. 4-25, 2022
We all know the story — or it feels like we do. Every nativity scene tries to convey it through the assembled cast of familiar characters: angels and shepherds and wise men (who are they again?), and of course, Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus. (and isn’t there a drummer boy there somewhere?) In this series, we’ll read the story afresh and find that we, too, are in its scenes and among its plot.
Ground Work
Nov. 6-27, 2022
In this amazingly insightful parable, Jesus compares our human hearts to four types of garden soil. The good seed of God’s loving truth is sown on all the soil, but not all of it is fruitful. In this series, we’ll examine the groundwork in our souls we each must do to see that we’re living lives that are flourishing in Christ.

This recurring series explores the intersection between our mental and emotional health and wellbeing and our spiritual life and discipleship to Jesus. We’re discovering there’s lots of truth these have in common and we’re applying these truths from a biblical, holistic perspective.
In these five weeks, we explore the hope and healing Christ provides to us even as we face some deeply challenging and sometimes devastating maladies of our souls: anxiety, depression, shame, addiction, and anger.

Ultimate and Supreme
June 5-July 31, 2022
The New Testament letter to the Hebrews powerfully teaches us that Jesus, with His good news and new promise, supersedes anyone and anything else that any religion, philosophy, or worldview offers. He is the ultimate expression of God and the Supreme Lord of the Universe… and our lives if we let Him.

All New, All True
April 17-May 22, 2022
Jesus’ resurrection really happened, and it changes everything — or can. As each of us keeps saying Yes to Jesus, He keeps bringing changes — all the best kinds — to our hearts, minds, and souls. It’s great news that makes us new: Jesus frees us from our same-old, same-old. We need not stay the same, must not stay the same. And in Jesus, we’ll never be the same. It’s true. :)

Truly Blessed
Feb. 6-March 27, 2022
Jesus began His most famous sermon with these eight pronouncements of what makes a happy and blessed life. In this series, we’ll hear each one and consider how we can experience its reality in our lives. Jesus is expert on life and how it works, so we’re wise to pay close attention to Him.
